Mr. Cook has been a Director of Network Technologies International, Inc. (NTI) since May of 2003. He has provided valuable expertise in management of the international network that NTI has in place. Mr. Cook has worked with the President of NTI to ensure that the company is meeting market needs and is exploring new markets.
Mr. Cook was the Director of Operations at CCI Communications, LLC from January 1998 to 2004. CCI is a wholesaler of telecom services with a focus on terminating traffic internationally. Since its start up in ‘98 CCI has achieved revenues as high as $60m annually while maintaining a good bottom line. Mr. Cook has been responsible for hiring and managing technical and financial staff, deploying switches and network, and setting up internal processes and procedures for financial analysis and product management.
From 1/97 to 1/98 Mr. Cook was the Product Development Manager of Nextlink(XO), in Salt Lake City. He became familiar with all switching platforms within Nextlink’s network. Mr. Cook launched a prepaid calling card product and was responsible for financial analysis, budget, promotion, order flow, special pricing, advertising, customer service, and vendor relations.
From 5/94 to 1/97 Mr. Cook was President/Owner of Telecom Solutions. He consulted with regional/niche long distance companies in areas of; marketing, purchasing, provisioning, vendor negotiations, regulatory compliance, bill audit, customer service, credit and collections, margin analysis. Telecom Solutions contracted with JDS Services as interim CFO and helped to redirect their business into prepaid service markets. Mr. Cook successfully coordinated and launched new subsidiary companies for JDS Service. He also refined business operations, managed financials, and assisted Yahoo Concepts in selling their business.
From 9/93 to 5/94, Mr. Cook was the Manager of the Resale Division of NACT in Orem, UT. At this position he created products, set up operations, and solicited business from domestic and international clients, enabling them to run long distance traffic on NACT switching equipment, and then from there transitioning traffic to their own platforms.
From 3/93 to 9/93 Mr. Cook was a Sr. Business Services Rep. for Sprint CorpHe sold long distance and data products to businesses throughout Utah.
From 3/90 to 3/93 Mr. Cook was an Internal Auditor for Sprint Corp. He worked with local, long distance, and affiliates on a wide variety of projects. Mr. Cook was responsible for Documented business processes, products, and systems, evaluated internal controls, developed and performed analysis to assess and quantify efficiencies, developed detailed plans for improvement and worked with M&A to perform due diligence on Sprint acquisitions.

SKILLS: Able to Speak, read and write Spanish with an understanding of the Hispanic culture. Able to learn business processes quickly and to determine how they can be refined to grow revenue and bottom line. Strong understanding of the telecom industry at a macro and micro level and from differing perspectives.
